I drew this as a gift for

. One movie we both like is The Thief and the Cobbler. So I decided to draw him a picture of Princess Yum Yum from the movie. Incidentally, I recently watched the "Recobbled Cut" of the movie. While the Miramax version is pretty good, this version shows how awesome the movie could have been!

I, personally, like the movie, but I think it would be better if the characters' names (espescially YumYum's) didn't sound like a baby's first word.

Good point. I wondered why the characters had names like that. Maybe Princess Yum Yum got her name from the Yum-Yum in The Mikado?

Oh, I just thought of something nice to say about this. I like how you eschewed the normal rules of perspective when doing the floor, much as they did with parts of the movie. Maintaining perspective gives me a headache anyway.

Thanks. That's one thing that struck me about the movie, the patterns in the backgrounds. I wanted to reflect the way the floor patterns were done, as if it were a wall.
