This is number 163 in the "SSU Bios" series, featuring the many races set to appear in the "Sleepy Stories" comics by myself and :iconnayzor:*Nayzor
Alluqtah- Alluqtahs are a race of genies with control over time. They come in a variety of colors of hair and skin. They live in clocks and watches instead of bottles and lamps. Alluqtahs are very wise and powerful, and can slow down or speed time, and go back and forth in time. The goddesses trust by them to never abuse their power. While they are powerful, they still love to have fun and wear stylish navel gems. Alluqtahs love to sleep, and usually sleep floating over their clocks and watches snoring loudly. The pregnant and young girls sleep on the ground chiming their snores even louder.

I wonder if Timelords (Doctor's alien race), get those. The Doctor will be so lucky, if so, he might get a Rose Tyler version or child Amy Pond.
