Krampus- Krampi are a festive race of demonesses. They have pale white skin, red and white hair, reindeer-like antlers and wear bikinis of holly and mistletoe. Krampi are a fun-loving race of demonesses who love winter weather. They love to ski, ice skate and make snowwomen. Demonesses love being with them, as fun always follows them. Like all demonesses, krampi are always asleep, ready to wake up in case of trouble. They snore very loudly, with the pregnant krampi snoring as loudly as a blizzard.

It means "There has never been something good coming from Austria"! It´s related to the fact the Germany has often been in a shitty situation due to Austria in the past... (f. e. World War I or especially Hitler [who was born in Braunau am Inn, Austria and therefore is often named "Bastard from Braunau" over here]...
